Experience change with psychotherapy
Supervision
Whenever we approach a new clinical case at the individual, group, or team level, very specific problems and situations arise that require training in systemic psychotherapy.
Systemic supervision is a clinical tool that helps health and mental health professionals guide their interventions, improve their therapeutic skills, and provide quality treatment.
"Your strength will emerge from your weak points."

What is
Neurofeedback?
The activity in your brain determines everything you feel and do.
While most people have normal brain function, they still have brain imbalance or chronic emotions that interfere with their daily life. Neurofeedback can help here.
Neurofeedback is a way to train brain activity; it's biofeedback for the brain. To understand neurofeedback, we first need to understand something about brain waves.
Psychotherapy for children and adolescents
Psychotherapy helps children and adolescents in a variety of ways. You will receive emotional support, resolve conflicts with people, understand feelings and problems, and try new solutions to old problems. Therapy goals can be specific (behavior change, improved relationships with friends or family) or more general (less anxiety, better self-esteem). The duration of psychotherapy depends on the complexity and severity of the problems.
As a trained child and youth psychiatrist, I can give you answers to your questions and concerns.
